Oh also the reason you're strongly suggested to not take more than 8 in a 24 hour period (ideally SPACED OUT) is because those pills absolutely destroy your liver. If you take too many that is essentially what you die of - liver failure. Your poor liver was probably CODE RED in there when you did that!!

I don't know what sort of drugs you have over there but you really can die if you take twenty tablets of paracetamol. Not only that but the sad thing is that once you've taken the lethal dose and it's been absorbed into your system (say you'd taken twenty and then gone to sleep) there's absolutely nothing that can save you. My boyfriend is a surgeon and he told me that painkiller overdoses are horrendous because the pills don't kill you immediately, instead you spend three days or so in absolute agony until you slowly, painfully die while all the doctors can do is just watch.

Having said all that I'm glad you were fine with half that dosage, please don't do it again! I'm not surprised your friend got mad!! *THUMP!*

is hardly celebrating though, this is a decleration, one of
