Believer's path

Some time ago, when i started to blog again i came across this Portuguese blog site i have no idea how i found it again. It was full of nice poetry and pretty deep words. Just what i needed back than. Now, I'm not one for poetry at all actually. 'The cat sat on the mat'. That is as far as my poetry skills go.

So, i asked the beautiful and talented Bela from The Toughsoul! blog, (Just press the translate button to read her stuff!) to write me up a little something. As far as i'm concerned she went above and beyond. Now. English isn't her first spoken language so bear with the lovely lady.

I can clearly recognize my life in her nice words. Yes, crazy but true and perhaps you my dear reader will recognize some of yourself in it too. Even though things are going good i still feel like crap. I guess it's in my nature. Perhaps you are having a rough time, perhaps you are feeling down. This one is for you all.

Without further ado...

Believer's path

Maybe there’s something out there that i cannot see, maybe I am going on the wrong way but life goes straight to where it is meant to be. I just have to wait for the other day and when i think everything is lost, when I think all my will is gone I raise my head at all cost and recall that I am not alone.

And even when I fall down I get more wisdom than hurts in my heart. I am sure tomorrow I’ll be wiser than I am now. Today I can always restart and restart means that i have another chance to fight. As a lion i bravely face any storm. At this time i can do everything right so that i can make my tomorrow happy and warm.

There you have it. I love it! Bela, thank you for taking the time to do this! Thank you so much, i really appreciate it. If there ever is anything i can do for you Bela, just let me know ;)

I approve Bela's message!

Awesome poem! Though I know nothing of poetry.. Honestly, "the cat sat on the mat" was pretty epic in my book. ;)

Hey Johnny! Thanks for all the nice words about me! I'm glad you liked the poem! Actually, the phrases of a poem get arranged in verse form, but it's ok... Thank you for posting it! I'll make a post at my blog indicating yours. So.... take care and have a great week! = )
